Pilates Sessions

I’m able to offer a limited number of ‘face to face’ private pilates sessions. Rest assured, my home studio area is thoroughly cleaned before and after each session. So please get in touch about availability for your personal pilates sessions.

Do you need a Pilates program designed for your specific needs? Maybe you have an injury? Maybe you’re very busy and need an efficient workout to do on your time. If so, then a private pilates session is for you! You can choose from private Reformer or Mat work.

The personal pilates session starts with a physical assessment, where we will go over your past injuries and current abilities, as well as your personal goals. Then allow me to design a program just for you! Once training begins, I guarantee that together we will meet every one of your fitness goals. Prepare to work hard!

One-to-one sessions are undeniably the safest and most efficient way to strengthen your body from the inside out.

These training sessions target the areas that you personally need to focus on for the quickest and safest results.  Once Training begins, I guarantee that together we will meet every one of your fitness goals. Prepare to work hard!

Sessions Take place in a studio that offers privacy, however, I am able to travel to you if you prefer.

1:1 REFORMER  SESSIONS

What is a Reformer? 

This is a question I get asked all the time!  It is probably the most famous apparatus invented by Joseph Pilates (the founder of Pilates) in the early 1900s.

It was created to help improve a mind-body connection by challenging an individual's strength, flexibility and stability while completing complex movement patterns. 

It looks like a moving bed that has adjustable springs and pully systems that can be easily changed to either assist or challenge the movement.

Making this a versatile tool to aid in the recovery of an injury, or to enhance your fitness level. The resistance of the springs means that you will feel and see the results of Pilates much faster than you would in a mat class.
