What I really like is that Lindsay corrects the group to make sure all the moves are done correctly. Thanks to Lindsay I’m moving again! After suffering from a bad lower back for almost a year I’d lost my confidence in being able to exercise. My chiropractor recommended Pilates as a way to exercise without fear. And thank goodness I found Taylored Pilates. Lindsay is great. Lindsay’s classes are fun and challenging and you leave feeling like you have worked. All moves are instructed with slight alterations for different abilities so you can work at your own pace and level of difficulty in each class. Lindsay will also give adjustments to help support injuries and prevent exacerbating any resulting pain. Highly recommend!!

Lindsay is simply a positive, fun, energetic and inspirational teacher. She cares about her clients always going that extra mile to help them accomplish their potential and always with a wonderful smile. I’ve been with her for nearly 10 years (she did stop whilst having her babies!) And her enthusiasm and joy have never waned. I’ve grown to love Pilates so much and inspired by Lindsay that I am now undergoing my own training to be a Pilates instructor.
